Kellogg's has a terrific Daily Intake calculator on their website with a counter that shows you what’s in a serve of Kellogg’s cereal & snacks and the percentage (%) it contributes to your daily diet. It also includes a wide variety of other foods including examples of take-away foods. On the site you will also find a full list of Daily Intake values for the range of Kelloggs
products, from breakfast cereals to snack.
